Don't set the temperature of air conditioner too low. When using air conditioner, don’t set the temperature to low, because it will use a lot of power. 11. Use gas stove. Use gas stove in the kitchen instead of electric stove because it takes longer to heat up and consume a lot of energy. 12. Unplug appliances when not in use. When not in use, unplug all electrical appliances because by simply turning it off, the device still allows a small flow of electricity. 13. Turn off lights when not in use. Turn off incandescent lights when you are not in the room because 90% of the energy they use is given off as heat, and only about 10% results in light. 14. Iron when there are a lot of clothes. Iron clothes in large batch instead of one or two pieces of clothing because it is more cost effective and energy efficient. 15. Give the refrigerator space. Keep refrigerator 10cm from the wall and away from warm areas to keep it running more efficiently and does not consume high energy.
