championship, there are ways for them to requalify. First, a golfer can finish in the top 12 and be eligible to play the next year, including ties. Second, a golfer that wins the Masters tournament is qualified for life. All other qualifications have certain year limits placed on them (Augusta Chronicle, 2016.). Jordan Spieth for example won the Masters in 2015, which in turn has now qualified him to play for the rest of his life. Spieth is a 22-year-old from Dallas, Texas and played his college golf at the University of Texas. He turned pro in 2012 and has had nothing but success since. Since joining the tour, Spieth has eight professional victories, and two of those being major wins (Masters, US Open). Spieth is currently the best putter on tour, which is helping him to these victories. He is currently second in the World Golf Rankings, and is fourth in money. His payout is at $2.7 million with $1.8 million of that coming from his 2015 Masters win (PGATOUR, 2016). As Spieth plays on through his career, the ultimate goal is winning the grand slam in golf which is winning all four of the majors at least one time. 1

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
