Focusing in short term expectations can have a negative effect in the business because it not good for consumers or shareholders. They should develop performance plans that do not only include realistic goals but also impact the entire organization. Core, because they only have full time or part time workers not any temporary employees who come and go, but more a family like work environment that promotes growth. Active or passive, because everyone has the opportunity have their input on organizational ideas, and suggestions. Diverse input and customer diversity. Exceptional or acceptable workforce quality: A commitment to creating and maintaining an exceptional workforce should be made by every manager within the company. Outdoormart’s success is due in a large part to the level of service customers can count on when they shop there. Consistent customer service that is a level above the competition will help Outdoormart distinguish themselves from their competitors. A complete training program and an incentive or reward plan for employees with a focus on exceeding the customers’ expectations would be useful in maintaining the high standards that Outdoormart expects from its employees. Active or passive diversity: An active approach to diversity will be beneficial to Outdoormart as it opens stores in new areas. With new areas comes new customers that may be different in many ways from the customers of the past. In order to better serve their customers, they should have a workforce that reflects the customers they serve.
