have detrimental effects on earths various ecosystems. These include the frequency of tropical storms as well as allowing diseases that thrive in warm weather to have more of an affect. The carbon dioxide in the atmosphere traps heat in slowly causing temperatures to rise. As people who have control over what we do to the environment there are many ways you can play a part in helping all of our ecosystems. You can reduce the amount of greenhouse gasses you and your household are responsible for. Some of the ways in doing this are walking more instead of driving, eating less red meat, and getting involved with your city or states elections. If you wish to help the coral reefs directly you can do so by disposing of your household chemicals properly and by recycling.
