More importantly medications that are inhaled, are often localized to reach
the targeted organ which generally allows for a lower dose to be
administered. A lower dose of a medication means fewer side effects. MDI’s
can be even more effective if a patient includes an aero-chamber to their
inhaler. This cone shaped device can be attached to the end of the MDI and it
purpose is to trap the medication in order for patient to inhale at a slower
more controlled pace allowing the patient to receive the maximum amount of
