I feel that the concepts I have learned in this course have allowed me to have a strategic and analytical approach to complex communication situations through being able to recognize the predispositions and individual competencies of others. Often times, managing conflict through communication can be harder in personal life than the organizational setting. However, I feel that I have also been able to also understand my own preferences and predispositions through the concepts in this course, which has definitely had an impact on how I approach others and also the way I perceive their strategies and tactics
