ASSESSMENT TASK 3 Induction Procedures and Program Introduction Fountain Art is an established company employing over sixty people and has branches in most Australian capitals and some regional centres. Art is a wholly Australian owned company. It produces fountains, ponds and garden pots and ornaments for domestic, commercial and corporate clients. Policy Statement Fountain Art is committed to inducting all new employees into the organisation, in order to ensure that they have a smooth integration into their role and become operationally competent. Induction programs which are well planned, conducted and evaluated will enable new employees to learn about the organisation, its culture and the requirements of their role. Objective For all new staff members to learn the organisation and its culture, as well as their own role and responsibilities. The new staff member should be given all the relevant information to be able to function successfully in their specific role as a member Fountain Art team. It is important that the new staff member understands how they can contribute to the overall operation of the practice.
