40 out of 7 by my IP teammates. In my qualitative feedback, I was told that I should take more of an initiative and give more of my input or cide I want to share it. When I’m with my IP teammates I let others make major decisions and respond afterwards in fear that if I make the sponsibilities successfully. Not being able to confidently make major decisions will hurt my chances of having a successful career and may e for you to address . The weakness you focus on need not be the one that is, for instance, the lowest rated item or the one with the largest self-other rating gap. Pick something that you realize could be improved that you care about and that you don’t like about yourself or about others’ impressions of you . Once again, our only request is that you not target a personality characteristic or work value. Personality and values are best used as important background to consider as potential root drivers of more concrete and specific behaviors. For example, if you thought you wanted to talk about Extraversion, maybe instead target the more specific area of Assertiveness or aspects of Communication. This answer may only be one sentence. 4b. Which data points from the report/project (ratings, comments, other information) highlight this weakness, and what do such data tell you about what you are concretely doing to make this area weak? You will want to provide specific data to help identify exactly what specific behaviors you are struggling with, or that are leading to misunderstandings from others. Look closely at related item statistics, from multiple areas of the report. Be sure to be explicit about the numbers and/or quotes you are drawing on and include them here. Item means, standard deviations, differences in scores across rater categories, comparisons with class averages, etc. may all be relevant. Part of this project is about demonstrating that you have analytical skills and can meaningfully interpret various kinds of data and use it to bolster your logic. This answer should be significant in length.
