other cultures and diverse perspectives in professional settings.The experience that I encountered during the Co-operative Education Placement involved a lady that suffered isolation. Nobody wanted to form a group with her since she was perceived to come from other inferior cultures and also rumours had it that she was a lesbian. She was often alone most of the time and other members did so little to care about her welfare. On one occasion, nobody wanted to form a group with her, so I proceeded and took her hand. She became my group member and we did so much together. Surprisingly, she had so much potential and gave elaborate points that changed the course of discussions. I also learned a number of accounting techniques from her(Breen & Hing, 2012). This incident taught me to appreciate all people regardless of their cultures.Overall Professional Identity and Career Development1.LEARNING FROM OTHERS:

It enables one to efficiently plan the day’s activities. It also prevents any form of delays and inconvenience in the work place.b)Dressing proper attires – The accounting profession requires individuals to dress well and neat. The nature ofdressing should depict professionalism. This is unlike the classroom environment where we could attend classes in casual attires.c)Etiquette – this is another professional attribute that I observed relevant in the work place; Etiquette involves awarding respect to others just as you would expected them to do in return. This results to proper interpersonal relationship among colleagues. 2.MY PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:Reflect on the way in which you perceive you have been developing as a professional over your Co-op Placement. Your reflection should review your progress to date anddiscuss any new insights you have gained into how your Co-op Placement might influence your future career planning and development.The internship has brought a major impact in both my career and profession. The Cooperative education has enabled me to gain job experiences, which are directly related to my coursework. The experience enabled me to understand employment responsibilities, demands, and opportunities hence equipping mentally and physically for the challenges ahead of my profession. By engaging in the accounting jobs and responsibilities, I had an opportunity to apply the techniques and principles that they learned in class in real life situations. Besides, I developed strong problem solving skills, which have remained relevant to my studies and personality. By observing how the manager solved various problems, I learned and practice such skills. Finally, I learned how to establish proper interpersonal relationship with
