Finally, I would like to use technology to manage my own office tasks, such as scheduling and employee workflow. In conclusion, there are many strategies I will employ to stay on-task and on-time in my professional capacity. The primary challenge will be staying away from distracting activities, such as social media. The organization should have a public relations employee to manage social media; there is no need for leaders to be distracted by the need to promote the organization. As a leader, I will retrain my brain to focus on a strict schedule, rather than a spontaneous notification. I would remodel my office to be conducive to focusing and have my computer set up to be distraction free. I will make to-do lists and prioritize my tasks to be an optimal leader. Healthcare administration is a wonderful career path with above average job growth and the position demands those who wish to play an integral role in healthcare. As far as
