shifts to ensure that they get the times that they can perform optimally. Furthermore, involving the employees in decision making makes them feel like part of the organization. Thirdly, human resource managers must ensure that the information flow in all the departments is open, clear, and understandable to all employees. Every item of discussion or communication must be relayed to everyone on a timely basis to ensure that all barriers that may make some employee feel left out are eliminated. Finally, the leadership team should ensure that the environment is respectful for everyone and that each employee is given a chance of actualizing their goals. For example, professionals career growth should be a priority because it helps the employees feel like their dreams are valued by the organization.
