therefore they do not need pay to federal taxes (Adam 2). This is major defect in the economy to
America. Not only they do not pay taxes but also they use many government services. According
to the laws, illegal aliens are allowed free health care, education and food stamps. There are
many deficits due to illegal immigrants in the United States economy. The government is looking
for every way to limit the financial cost of the services. Adam states, "California, facing a budget
deficit of $14.4 billion in 2010-2011, is hit with an estimated $21.8 billion in annual expenditure
on illegal aliens" (Adam 3). Obviously, undocumented immigrants are causing to the economy
down significantly in the United States.
Moreover, the influence of the illegal immigration system increases the unemployment
rate of workers legally in the United States. It is undeniable that illegal immigration increases the
labor force in the United States, especially the youth workforce. However, that is just one small
their benefit in economies to America. When the cheap labors dominate on the global market,
legal workers salary will be cut even be fired. Hence, these workers will face many challenges in
life. For instance, instead of hiring the unskilled legal worker is $12 for per hour, the employers

would want to hire unskilled illegal aliens to pay lower with $8 for per hour. And when these
illegal workers get the wage, they can send millions of dollars out of the United States to their
home country. In addition, when citizens’ lives are poor in the United States, the rate of people
would get Welfare rising and the government could not satisfy enough their requirements.
Therefore, the economic and social consequences of illegal immigrants are terrible. They are
messing up the economy in the United States.
Finally, illegal immigrants abuse government services. Common sense seems to dictate
that almost of undocumented immigrants entitled to free health care, education and food stamps.

the history of the United States since the presence of illegal immigrants is increasing. It is not
only influenced by the individual but also affects America because the abuse of so many services
