budget required. A few members of the group suggested we use a remote to make the project more sophisticated but there was a need to increase the fifty-dollar budget so there was an agreement to stick to using an on/off switch. The most difficult aspect of this project was ensuring the durability of the car. Because of the crude and light materials used in creating this car, it was necessary to make sure that wood was first glued to the plastic because wood has a higher tendency to attach to plastic than metals using glue. This enabled the project to last for over a week without the need to recouple. In conclusion, the aim of this project was achieved because a car was made out of unorthodox materials as stated above and, in the future, this mechanism could be improved on to reduce release of carbon monoxide to the environment. PROBLEM DEFINITION Powering an automobile with simple power source The problem is powering a car with simple sources like air, battery and rubber band, and ensure sustained movement or motion. The options we have is battery powered car or a balloon powered car. We did research about both these cars and we chose battery powered car. The detail of the design is all yellow with wood and the battery is on top and using big tops as wheels for the little car.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
