Impact of Internal Culture on Employees Organizational cultures significantly affect employees’ behavior and the manner of interaction among employees and between employees and customers. A strong organizational culture influences the decision made by employees particularly when they face opportunities or difficulties (Nikčević, 2016). In addition, it affects the extent of work enthusiasm, task motivation, and creative ability of the employees. Organizational culture creates an environment that can enable respond adequately to the various challenges faced in the workplace. A strong organizational culture is essential for enhancing employee performance as well as organizational success (Hartlieb et al., n.d.). It inspires staff members to deliver high quality in accordance with its goals and vision. Therefore, employees need to acclimatize the internal tradition to be able to satisfy the job requirements. Conclusion The current business environment is characterized by various dynamics that require the employment of strategic management strategies. The establishment of a strong organizational culture is essential to the realization of organizational goals and objectives. The strength of an organizational culture reflects the effectiveness of leadership. Other than the impact on employees, organizational culture influences the nature of the relationship between an organization and its customers. However, culture is dependent on various factors that include management, people, artifacts, environment, and history. Culture is a fundamental factor in the navigation of the dynamics of the business world. It allows the management to manage members of the workforce and the overall productivity of an organization. 11
