precise keywords related to your topic when searching for research articles (Walden University Course Guides, n.d.b). I devised a specific question to pull my key words from. My question being, “Does music therapy reduce anxiety levels in cancer patients verses not using music therapy during chemotherapy treatment?” I used the keywords; music therapy, anxiety & cancer. The limits I added included; 2013-2019, and full free test. With the keywords and limits in place the PubMed engine resulted in 21 articles and I decided, “Music-based interventions in palliative cancer care: a review of quantitative studies and neurobiological literature” was the best due to its location on the evidence-based hierarchy.I then tried the search engine CINAHL and used the same keywords and limits. The article that I decided on was, “Reporting quality of music intervention research in healthcare: A systematic review” based on it being a systematic review and meeting the highest level on the evidence hierarchy. The article searched MEDLINE, PubMed, CINAHL, HealthSTAR, and PsycINFO to identify articles meeting inclusion/exclusion criteria for a five-year period, and extracted relevant data (Robb, et al., 2018). The authors then coded material included reporting quality across seven areas (theory, content, delivery schedule, interventionist qualifications, treatment fidelity, setting, unit of delivery), author/journal information, patient population/outcomes, and terminology. Of 860 articles, 187 met review criteria (128

experimental; 59 quasi-experimental), with 121 publishing journals, and authors from 31 countries (Robb, et al., 2018). All of the criteria used made this article very reliable and I felt confident that it would yield reliable results. Over all I liked using CINAHL based on how user friendly it is and I would highly recommend it.
