Develop Key Result Area (KRAs) Every department will need their own Key Result Area (KRAs) as well as the Human Resources department. The KRAs for Human Resources department will be developed based on the job description of the department and what kind of result is expected for Human Resources department This part of the report will explain about the KRAs, the operational plan and the resources that will be needed to be developed as well in order to achieve the KRAs KRAs Operational Plan Resources Employees’ satisfaction rate (above 80% mark) Prepare a safe working environment for the staffs so that they could do their work without the burden of getting injured Create a clear job description for the staffs and determine the targets for the staffs of each department so that they would be able to know what are expected from them (for their work performance) WHS policy and procedure WHS legislation Retain employees (the rate of employees quit per quarter is below 20% mark) Give the staffs the benefit they needed, especially regarding paid leave and the policy about flexible working hours Set the reward and recognition policy and procedure for the staffs (so that all good performance could be given the proper recognition) Industrial Relations Act Fair Work Act Reward and recognition policy and procedure c. Identify Missing Resources The missing resources will be identified through the discussion with other team members in the management (Managing Director, Finance Director, Marketing Executives) regarding what other resources might be needed for the KRAs and operational plan of the Human Resources department.
