When training courses are available or are being developed, consideration will be given to all employee needs, including dietary requirements, location, timing and accessibility (with particular reference to disabled staff). Staff Learn: • An ability to reserve judgment and compassionate communication techniques to overcome interpersonal challenges • A desire to learn as much as possible about how’s one own culture is different from others, and how that contributes to a particular way of viewing the self and others. • Seeks to learn about individual and groups of people like to be treated and accommodate with people who are different Define and develop communication plans and goals for each community. Staff Learn: • How to implement a time management system to produce outstanding results. • How to move from vision to results. Define, develop and train staff/volunteers on leadership principles.

Develop action plans: Field trips to different meetings: observations and share common and not so common things from cultural perspectives, other groups, active city or community groups. Staff Learn: • A desired approach to learn as much as possible about how’s one own culture is different from others, and how that contributes to a particular way of viewing one’s self and others. • Enhance listening and observational skills. • Communicating more effective in meetings or with clients. • Overcoming anxiety and stress brought on in anticipation of presentations and meetings.
