- temperamental - regrets coming up with Jelly Bell (says it ruined his life..although
may be joking about this)
Low neuroticism (High emotional stability)
- poised - Several examples showing Dave contacting/phoning potential
partners/contacts to help get his idea for JB up and running.
- secure - Dave says he absolutely knew this product would be a success right from
the time he had the idea. Near end of video Dave says "I still believe in the
goodness of people" despite having been taken advantage of by others.
- calm -despite having had others take advantage of his products, he seems to be

- imaginative - many different candies invented
- creative - called wire service (newspaper industry) to set up interview to show
how sales were very good, and then had fake customers come into the store to buy
JB. After article was printed nation wide, sales took off.
