Developing countries are the majority in World Trade Organization (WTO) with their expanding powers in economic and political stance. India and China are nations that rapidly developing and have sounds of disagree to be part of this to minimize the trade distorting measures to an equal extent as more developed nations for the reason of their low capita income levels and less developed social security system. On the other hand, developed countries hold different priorities for environmental issues, there are no common goals for developed countries and developing countries to work towards together. In order to do so, as a security matter, poor countries should be given trade opportunities to avoid developing countries from deteriorating down fall. The most wanted outcome is to ensure that cost ae not borne by poor countries and advantages of globalization are not only limited to certain groups with privilege. The failure of Doha Round might not be a bad thing even that it was focused on the agenda misalign with the real world. With no doubt there are real political risk for the least developed countries
