So, how do we measure quality?There are many tools for data analysis to help identify areas for improvement.When identifying these areas, each department must work together to promote positive outcomes.If an organization is deciding between several quality management programs which would you recommend and why?
I would choose the Six Sigma quality management program because it out toimprove the quality of care and is fixated on the patient. This management program decreases waste and helps reach goals. This management program eradicates flaws in processes. It will streamline and make healthcare more efficiently and less expensive.
