Blue Cross and Blue Shield is one of the largest and top leading insurance companies in the United States, having “39” independently owned plans. They would never have gotten this far with their organization without addressing strong strategies and methods for team employment. The use of these strategies and methods with such a successful organization sets direction, establishes priorities, gets all employees on the same page, simplifies decision making, and communicates all messages.
ConclusionOrganizations that promote the use of effective team work involving motivational strategies shows constant productivity. Projects and events see failure more times than success, due to the poor team collaboration. Organizations that promote team and group work create environments that lead to productivity, creativity, and a feeling of ownership.
