The strategic plan of business depends on the goal and objective of the business. in business strategic plan should develop strategic alliance with major companies who use herbs and spices and focus R&D on specific product safety. develop new product having proof of safety for both mainstream and market. According to data 20% increase in sales revenue as per information and data provided sales increased from $ 550000 to $800000 which shows approximately 45% increase insales revenue. Also, as per strategy company wants to go international. target is 20% of sale income should comprise of international income and there should be development of new products to meet competition in market. As per information given and achievement of performance indicator are concerned it’s only the first target of increase in sales revenues as been achieved and when it comes to other indicators company really need to review their strategies becomes results didn’t work out. positive in terms of achieving goals in the statement it’s given that company had a target that20% of revenue should be from sales made overseas. Undouble company is now selling to Hong Kong and
making sales of around 70000 from them but it’s just around 8% of sale revenue which is really very low as compared to set target by company in their strategy. Adding more to it nothing has been donein terms of developing new product to meet demands of growing competition. This shows company policies are not competitive at all which is negative aspect for all the stake holders of company also
