In regard to the author, on his interpretation of the Separation of Powers and its
meaning of Constitutional Government, I strongly agree. The author did not state or
name an authoritative example but I can personally make the comparison to the Obama
Administration.
Congress played a negative and counterproductive role because it
failed to pass or act on many issues brought to the floor under President Obama’s
Administration.
I think their actions are simply and solely based on Republican Party
control and the fact that our then President was Democratic.
Gridlock or
congressional
limbo are two of many ways to describe the actions of Congress during the Obama
administration.
