ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an outgoing and dedicated individual to join our team as a Tourism Manager for the 2018
season.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Co-ordination of bookings (made online, via phone and third party agents)
Daily co-ordination of room requirements
Daily co-ordination of meal reservations
Overseeing of store order requirements made by cook
Basic administration duties (all reconciliations will be completed by upper management)
General overseeing of facilities
Ensure guests are tended to at all times
Maintain a neat and tidy facility at all times
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must hold a current driver's license. Qualifications such as RSA, Safe Handling of Food
and Senior First Aid are desirable but not essential (Training will be provided where necessary for the
position).Tourism education and experience of some description is essential for this role rural tourism desired
but not essential.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to lead a team
Tourism background essential
Ability to cater for a fluctuating guest base
Happy and outgoing personality with dedication to the job at hand
Excellent communication skills

Most of all, you will be a flexible and adaptable individual willing to work as part of a small and dedicated team
and have a desire to live and work remotely. The ability to represent our company in a professional and
