Forming- When everyone gets together and sees all the members similarities with their work. Storming- Disagreements arise with the ways the assignment should be done. Norming- The team has came together and has started forming relationships that provides them with progress on their team assignment. Performing- The teams relationships, and progress form a team that is successfully functioning showing commitment. Adjourning- The team members move on to other projects.
