In contrast, the number of unemployed workers in knowledge labor are high, so they can surmise that hiring skilled workers can be a challenge for them. As for the economy, when the world is moving towards industrialization 4.0, Vietnam is also one of the integrating countries. Vietnam is a developing country with abundant humans and resources, so can expand a new branch. According to the economy, the current GDP growth rate is 6,8% which is slightly higher than the 10-years average (Trading Economics, 2018). Additionally, the government has pledged to keep interest rate steady (Reuters, 2018). According to Vietinbank s strategy of supporting the economy to grow stronger, the new branch is expected to succeed in the future. 5.3 The Internal Labour Market. The internal labour market is becoming more and more important, Vietinbank have 23,000 employees across the country (Vietinbank, 2018). With strong growth and efforts to improve ROA over the years, internal recruitment positions will be favorable for banks and employees. Besides, recruiting staff with professional experience, professional manner, will ensure the smooth work, consistent with the core values that the bank has set. 5.4 Analyzing Turnover, Stability and Retention. According to BusinessDictionary.com of labor turnover is based on the number of employees replacing the number of employees leaving the company or being fired.
