WHAT REASONS SHOULD THE PRODUCTION MANAGER PROVIDE TO THE VICE-PRESIDENT TO JUSTIFY THAT THE PRODUCTION TEAM IS MEETING SPECIFICATIONS? If chips are being made at .9cm then the production manager should not justify the production team is meeting the specifications because they are not. He should instead be researching why they are not meeting the requirement and look for ways to fix the problem. HOW WILL THIS DECISION IMPACT THE CHIP MANUFACTURER'S SALES AND NET PROFIT? This information could seriously impact sales and nets profits if they are sending out chips that are not the desired specifications. This could hurt their image as a company and they will face companies returning products and possibly lose future business. They need to correct the errors before sending out anymore defective chips or change the standard to which they will allow their chips to be made.
