Ethical Dilemmas that librarians encounter: The librarians deal with widely diversified community in their day to day lives with the  people coming from variety of backgrounds. As they focus on providing quality service  without any discrimination to the patrons they encounter ethical dilemmas and  challenges to overcome and go above and beyond to service the society. The library is  one of the organizations which also has a strong code of ethic which bounds librarians  within it. It is essential that librarians develop a more defined role in the academic  landscape and identify the ethical issues most pertinent to them as they take on these  modified roles (Jacobs, M.L., 2008). Library maintain a strong ethical code for their  employees to perform as a best servicing institute in the society. Librarians need to  provide the information to the users and student with the correct information on

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
