Further, all the gaming consoles and other hardware devices are protected by copyrights and patent that restricts the imitation of games and related hardware (Clark and Ouellette, 2017).-Existing brand name of the company with the most popular brands is another intangible resource. -The Donkey Kong and the Super Mario can be one of the most valuable intangible resources of Nintendo.-The company’s existing marketing team and operations, research and development initiatives and achievement, the manufacturing process and management of affairs thecompany by Iwata and the relationship it holds with its customers can also be considered as some of the most valuable intangible resources (Clark and Ouellette, 2017). Organisational capabilities-The organisational capabilities can be linked to the company’s ability in terms of predicting the future of the video gaming industry. Such abilities have enabled the company in gaining huge market shares and securing a competitive position in the marketplace. -Further, capacities lie in the area of innovative technology and the game concepts offered to the users all over the world (Lee et al. 2017). -Due to the largest manufacturing operations of the company includes the economies of scale and enables the company to produce gaming consoles at a much lower costs as compared to the other competitors of the gaming industry. This directly impacts the pricesof the products offered to the market and thus is favourable for the demand of products.
