III.RECOMMENDATIONS We have seen that how CBE has made changes in the company for smooth running thecompany and increased its service handling with new technologies a product around thecountry but it is not enough changes which was brought by Commercial bank ofEthiopia. The company needed more attention and adopt several others changes to copewith the situation and to maintain the position of the business and compete in theinternational banking industry. The following are the some suggested recommendationfor Commercial bank of Ethiopia that it can pursue CBE might be reached theturnaround goals and can increase in service delivery with new products. A.Public Perception Improving
Commercial bank of Ethiopia must improve the product quality and customer services.Because the public perception is most important thing, if the company improves thepublic perception than the public will certainly believe that relay for the company notgoing in the wrong way, and they will great full in the eyes of the society.B.Readiness of accepted new technologiesC.Exerting to satisfy societies IV.CONCLUSION After facing the internal and external forces, Commercial bank of Ethiopia nowimproved again the company activities, and still the leading bank in the country, thecompany has gotten a change recently which has also improved the working conditionof the company, but the company will must see the weakness and public perception toincrease service delivery activities with new produces in banking industries. Beforeformulating any type of strategy the CBE should make SWOT analysis to gaincompetitive advantages in the market place.
