III. RECOMMENDATIONS We have seen that how CBE has made changes in the company for smooth running the company and increased its service handling with new technologies a product around the country but it is not enough changes which was brought by Commercial bank of Ethiopia. The company needed more attention and adopt several others changes to cope with the situation and to maintain the position of the business and compete in the international banking industry. The following are the some suggested recommendation for Commercial bank of Ethiopia that it can pursue CBE might be reached the turnaround goals and can increase in service delivery with new products. A. Public Perception Improving

Commercial bank of Ethiopia must improve the product quality and customer services. Because the public perception is most important thing, if the company improves the public perception than the public will certainly believe that relay for the company not going in the wrong way, and they will great full in the eyes of the society. B. Readiness of accepted new technologies C. Exerting to satisfy societies IV. CONCLUSION After facing the internal and external forces, Commercial bank of Ethiopia now improved again the company activities, and still the leading bank in the country, the company has gotten a change recently which has also improved the working condition of the company, but the company will must see the weakness and public perception to increase service delivery activities with new produces in banking industries. Before formulating any type of strategy the CBE should make SWOT analysis to gain competitive advantages in the market place.
