Where the incident involves an injury, the first person in attendance to a workplace injury should contact the First Aid Officer or emergency services in the case of a serious injury. Workplace Injury Forms are to be provided to the Operations Manager who will use the records to gather accounts of the incident and use them as the basis of an investigation into the incident, if required. 5.When you have completed the above activities, send the revised health and safety policy and procedureand working from home health and safety checklist to the CEO (your assessor). In your email briefly outline key changes to the policy and procedure based on your research and attach the revised Health and Safety Policy and Procedure and the checklist. You should also confirm how the changes will not incur costs.
