Stages Congestion in hospitals The public should be able to use the service efficiently. The proposed system will help in easing long queues in hospitals. Capabilities of people to participate in the design phase are high. Public accountability is improved. In summary the purpose of this study is to verify future of Pharmaceutical management system in the pharmacies across Kenya. 4.3.3 Operational Feasibility Operational feasibility is the measure of how well a proposed system solves the problems, and takes advantage of the opportunities identified during scope definition and how it satisfies the requirements identified in the requirements analysis phase of system development Process 28

The new design of the system will mostly affect the staff working at the hospitals and also customers in general. Evaluation The redesign will take more time for people to adapt to it since it has some major features changes Implementation The proposed system will interfere with the internal working staff since the current system will undergo some major changes or may be permanently removed. Resitance The proposed system will undergo resistance by the pharmacists Strategy The hospital or pharmacy should not directly do away with the old system 29

4.3.4 Economic Feasibility is a kind of cost-benefit analysis of the examined project, which assesses whether it is possible to implement it; It consists of market analysis, economic analysis, technical and strategic analysis. 30

4.4 Functional and Nonfunctional requirements A functional requirement describes what a software system should do, while non-functional requirements place constraints on how the system will do so. 4.4.1Functional Requirement If the admin ID and password are incorrect, then display an “Invalid details please try again”. Thus, the system will not open 4.4.2 Non-Functional Requirement Performance requirements Having the minimum specifications listed the proposed system will perform at its peak but as the database increase in size the system may tend to slow down due to the increase in the size of the database thus adding a load on the system but this can be rectified by changing the storage from a computer hard drive to a solid state drive. Safety requirements To prevent the computer from being physically tampered with the pc will be stored in a room that is fitted with grill bars. Regulary changing of admin password Security requirements The login page may not be enough to secure the data so the use of cloud back up is a preferred method of keeping data safe. 31
