are selected tactically. In reference to Rogers (2003), a cyber terrorist is a person who has computer knowledge and uses the technology to dominate, control and coerce through terror in pursuit of political or social goals. The motivation for cyber terrorism attack is similar to that of suicide terrorism since they all aim at imposing fear, influence public and government view on political or societal issues and designed to draw the attention of the media hence the terrorists messages reaches a large population. However, there are several differences between cyber terrorism and suicide terrorism. Cyber terrorism medium for attacks and the selection of victims is based on computer, technology, and network systems. Cyber terrorism is not an act of attacking military but it is a criminal act and the culprits are computer criminals (Silke, 2003). According to Bongar, et al., eds (2006), suicide terrorism focuses majorly on government structures and aims at massive psychological casualties by way of great scale physical assaults. Besides that, suicide terrorists believes that killing themselves in the process is an act of self-sacrifice and assurerity to heaven.
