executives to include enlightened and candid team-role capabilities, respect others, deal with execution abilities, and respect the highest performance of themselves and their colleagues (Hamid, 2014). If Human Resources professionals do not have these values at work, they have a hard time earning higher trust from the team. Second, if the relationship between HR professionals and their colleagues already has a foundation of trust, human resources professionals have established an expected reputation. If Human Resources professionals become valued partners in the management team and are connected with the management team as a whole, they can easily work with team members, and even if they do not have power, they can have a positive impact on them. In addition, if HR practitioners provide very positive support for the business goals of the company, they can establish good relationships of trust with others. I consider that honesty or ethical and reliable activists are important for Human Resources practitioners. Therefore, in the university, only worked hard to master theoretical knowledge is not enough, and also understood in depth what kind of qualities or capabilities human resources practitioners should assume to improve myself while actively participating in campus social activities, and developing the ability to respect others and comply with commitments.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
