Although, the company’s foundation is not solely pointed towards Christians values, and some would even argue that the company’s logo of a siren is quite paganism. On the other hand, one would have to respect their servitude style of kindness towards customers and maintain a courteous atmosphere for customers. The company’s ethical standards and practices of people the customers’ needs first has caused the corporation to gain much success and fortune. Not all businesses will be founded on biblical values, however, to sustain longevity many have gotten the notion down pack of the importance of treating their customers with dignity, respect, and always maintain a friendly atmosphere. A company that has violated ethical standards in the past is Wells Fargo. In which the company received lots of backlash for causing the employees to work under extreme circumstances of meeting expected sales or get fired. Which left employees in a hardship of creating ways sometimes unethical ways of meeting sales, neglecting the value of reliable and trusting service for customers. While abusing and manipulating employees and customers, the executive who oversaw the company’s baking unit, at the time, retired at the age of 56 with a 124.5 million golden parachute (Moritz, 2016). While this company has lasted in the business

Lastly, it is wise for businesses to apply good ethical practices.). Fischer (2019) explains, “As Christians we know that the real bottom line is what will have the greatest eternal impact.” Also, customers, stockholders, and stakeholders will considerably support the kind of business with great ethical practices. “A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches.” (Proverbs 22:1, KJV). Company’s who provide great service and ethical practices builds a great name for themselves in which riches will deem to follow.
