9. I like the ending the way it is because Michael finally got into college and played on the football team. This was something he had worked very long and hard for and his dream was finally coming true. 10. I did share some of the feelings of the characters in this book. When Michael graduated from high school, I was overjoyed just like the rest of his family because he had worked so hard for his diploma.

The Hunger Games By: Suzanne Collins 1. My favorite character is Rue. She was the youngest competitor in the Hunger Games, yet she was one of the bravest. I liked her because she reminded Katniss of her younger sister, Prim. Although Rue was the smallest tribute, she was very sly and helped Katniss in her plan to destroy the food supply of the Careers. 2. My least favorite character is Haymitch, Katniss and Peeta’s mentor. I don’t like him because he didn’t fulfill his duties as a mentor. He was always drunk and didn’t care about the tributes from District 12. For example, Katniss was almost dying of dehydration, but Haymitch still didn’t send her a gift of water even though he could. 3. In the story Katniss reminds me of my friend. When Katniss’s dad died, she was the only one who could provide food for her family and had to stay strong. When she volunteered to compete in the Hunger Games she had to be very courageous. My friend shares many of these qualities with Katniss.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
