In case of youth sector nominees, such nominees must be at least 25 but not more than 30 yrs. old on the day of the election. ( Sec. 9) (2) The nominee must be a bona fide member of the party or organization which he/she seeks to represent for at least 90 days preceding the day of the election. ( Sec. 9) (3) An elected party-list representative who changes his political party or sectoral affiliation within 6 months before an election is not eligible for nomination as party-list representative under his new party or organization. ( Sec. 15) (4) A person may be nominated in 1 list only. ( Sec. 8) (5) Only persons who have given their consent in writing may be named in the list.
