MONITORING AND EVALUATION MODEL The epilepsy action taken is considered as the low performer in creating better lives ofchildren and adults suffering from epilepsy. On 14 January 2009, the reports haveannounced that there is a need for change in the quality of the service provided to thepeople. For England the services provided for the treatment of epilepsy is unacceptable andthere are 6,00,000 people suffering from epilepsy which are not getting proper treatment fortheir problems so from then on the implementation of NICE guidelines started. The UK is ranked below France in the world ranking for best health services in the world andas France stood 1st position so it should have spent more on individual health but the UKspends an average rate of £16.5 per person and France spends £ 2.5 per person, this hasresulted in scrutiny of UK by WHO and the rate at which UK spend on the health of thepeople in the UK is satisfactory.SWOT analysisStrengths According to the WHO study and survey theUK have been ranked as the 18the besthealth and social care service provider in theworld (Zhang et al., 2012).
