It starts with a letter from the DNI and a letter from the CIO, then, the vision, mission and operating principles. Then, it describes 5 strategic goals with their objectives. Also, it explains how to achieve those results, the strategy implementation will outline major activities, capabilities, resources, and timelines. • Does the Mission Statement clearly explain why the organization exists? Yes, it does. The mission statement says that the organization exists to enable intelligence collection, analysis, and sharing through innovative, robust, and secure IT capabilities. • Does the Vision Statement describe where the organization is headed, what it intends to be, or how it wishes to be perceived in the future? Clear, concise, and memorable? The vision statement is "An Integrated Intelligence Enterprise". I think it perceives the future and the mission of the company. I think they have considered strategic environment because one of their strategic goals is that they want to force strategic partnership by enhance trusted partnerships to better leverage innovative capabilities and integrate intelligence missions.
