You might also identify the need for physical training to prevent the deterioration of the disabled person. Alternatively, they may benefit from confidence and advocacy training, for the expression of personal views and demands. Any training should account for the personal requirements of the disabled person. It might be necessary to use visual training methods, for enhanced understanding. You may also enlist the support of family members and dedicated carers. The disabled person should feel happy with the training situation and work with the service provider for the achievement of mutually agreed goals.
