5 self-care times weekly. She tries to set time aside to do things like get her nails done, binge watch her favorite Netflix show, or even blowing off steam in the gym. Conclusion Overall, through this agency visit I was able to see the that the field of school social work is definitely where I would like to be within the social work field. Being able to give back to the younger generation and help find the resources they need to be successful in school is extremely important to me when choosing a career that allowed me give back and continue to learn and grow.
