From both charts you can clearly see T-Mobile is in the negative for occupancy which employees coming to work, and adherence which is employees working their scheduled as planned. Some recommendations that could be made based on these observations is to take some of the money that is being made as a profit and invest it to make the workplace a more comfortable environment where employees want to come to work. According to Llopis “Without the right people, a business can’t grow and it certainly makes it difficult to sustain momentum over time”(Forbes 2015).
