Disciplinary procedures and Conflict resolution technics One of the main objectives of the Company is to ensure employee satisfaction through the provision of quality service and products. In the context above, it is indicated that the Company demands desirable values from employees like those which foster peaceful co- existence and cooperation. To ensure this becomes a reality, Wal-Mart’s human resource management has appropriate conflict resolution strategies and disciplinary actions for all those who bridge the ethical codes. First of all, the Company has put in place an appropriate communication strategy which defines the role of each worker in the context. There is an open communication environment which enables the unsatisfied parties to air their allegations for resolution (Avgar, Lamare, Lipsky and Gupta, 2013). In attempts to resolve conflicts which emerge, the human resource managers always allow the parties to find common grounds for agreement. At times, they will always assist to find solutions by reminding the two parties of the need to abide by the business ethics. In situations where the two parties fail to agree, they are

If the conflict is found to break the stipulated work ethics, the employees are usually fired from the job (Avgar et al, 2013). This usually marks the expiry of the contract, and therefore, new employees are recruited. Conclusion Wal-Mart is the world's main private Company which employees many people from the labor market. The company was ranked as the world's major retail performer because of the attributed revenue. The reason behind such an excellent performance is the ability of the firm's human resource managers to appreciate the role of employees in the success of the Company. The hierarchical structure present in Wal-Mart which defines authority and lines of communication gives the firm its unique effectiveness. Consequently, the ability of the human resource managers to recruit employees and retain in their abilities to use internal equity compensation programs makes employees satisfied with the job. In the use of the orientation and on-job training programs, workers are assisted to acquire the relevant knowledge with respect to the area of specialization. With relevant knowledge, the Company has achieved great motivation and efforts from employees, and therefore assisting in the attainment of the long-term goals through the satisfaction of customers. The success of the Company is directly attributed to the fact that the employees are skillful in the revision of quality services to their clients. In the long run, the ultimate results have been the success, making the Company rise on the global scale to become the world's major retail grocery.
