In a small but essential manner, the public relations and media team provide balance to the coverage of news with some correct details and messages that individuals can make a positive difference to others' lives with a little investment of skills and time. As a charity club, we are focused on the promotion of Rotaract International alongside the services offered. We certainly exhibit and share credit but since we aim at continuing with our work, we retain vitality by recruiting and upholding enthusiastic as well as committed fresh members. In the course of this year, we distributed promotional materials such as pamphlets and flyers by our promotional and public relations group. The management team maintained that these were valuable items in the promotion of public relations and marketing out the organization to other people in the community while ensuring that Rotaract was not personalized.

We understand that public relations are entirely about communication. The concept is all about applying the power of words but we do not confuse the same with using many words that may complicate the message. Our skills lie in communicating the details using minimum words
