Answer for Question 2: Evaluation I have particularly analysed Burger king is as a private profit goal organisation, we can inevitably observe some set of features in this organisation so; the management involves some of these principles and bureaucracies to increase the efficiency of the organisation. Efficiency means use of the lowest input to create the greatest output. In such kind of organisation division of work or division labour, unity of command, centralisation, discipline and impersonality are significate factors can affect to increase the efficiency/productivity of their franchises around the world. We can see effects of proper management of burger king on the annual report of BK that sale revenue of the firm has been had a significant growth in the last three years, respectively from $715 millions to $1.5 billion between 2013 to 2016 (Figure 1), the same thing also happened in the total income of burger king it has a growth record for every year, if go back few years ago burger king had around $1 million average revenue per restaurant 4

it increased to $1.4 Million and increase profitability at same time (Maggie McGrath, 2016). Conclusion Overall, as burger king organisation structure is a mechanistic structure so, they have more centralisation, more formalisation, and higher departmentalisation, they use high level management to attain and their goal and objectives, all organisation want to be more efficient, the above topic show us that the, using the management principles and bureaucracy helped burger king organisation to increase their efficiency and productivity, these features were significant factor in their success.
