Commuter traffic is already a huge problem in this area, and taking public transit would help. San Francisco-area drivers spend more time in gridlock than those of any city other than Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles, according to traffic data service Inrix. If public transportation were more reliable, more families would be able to able to function in the Bay Area. Another solution I propose would be to have these giant tech companies supply group housing for their employees on their campus. Like a college dorm, this would benefit both the employees and the bay area community by freeing up apartments for others who do not work for them. This would also increase company community and reduce commute time for employees. - housing-prices-2016-4
