Based on the data examined, after their shifts to other companies, their performance became a plague. The research not only proved poor performance after transfers but also ineffective in the fitting of new groups to achieve the goals of the new companies. Most of the stars are lured to switching of the organization their new awarded salaries. However, most of the organization do not yield back the expenses incurred in the hiring of the star with most stars getting fired shortly after switching g the organizations. The key to the failure of the star in new companies is because the executive management of an organization underestimates, or fail to consider factors that contributed to the success of the person in the previous company. a star can perform based on the working environment subjected, support from the colleagues, and the availability of the necessary resources, most stars fail to people as companies fail to create the same working environments he was in before and lack of same resources he used before. The companies should understand that a star doesn’t bring with him the previous resources and working collogues. The authors of the article come up with a conclusion that hiring of the star does not improve the competitive advantage of a company not unless the star learns and train to adapt the new environment, the companies should focus on the development of the talents within their company rather than purchasing stars.
