錐形瓶中,而後放入攪拌子攪 拌。 4. 由裝 AgNO 3 aq 的滴定管滴入 AgNO 3 aq 至溶液出現磚紅色沉澱為止, 此時即達滴定終點,並精確記錄體積讀數。 5. 重複上述步驟滴定 #2 錐形瓶。 (4) Fajans 法: 1. 以吸量管分別取 25.00ml 配好之氯化物溶液至 300ml 錐形瓶 #1 #2 中。 2. 以石蕊試紙測試其是否呈中性;若溶液呈酸性,則加入少量碳酸鈣固體 直至呈中性。 3. 加入約 0.05g 的糊精及 3 2% 之二氯螢光黃指示劑於 #1 錐形瓶中,而 後放入攪拌子攪拌。 4. 由裝 AgNO 3 aq 的滴定管滴入 AgNO 3 aq 至溶液呈現紅色止,此時即達 滴定終點,並精確記錄體積讀數。 5. 重複上述步驟滴定 #2 錐型瓶。 五、 藥品性質: (1) silver nitrite AgNO 3 ,硝酸銀,無色板狀晶體的無水鹽,分子量 169.87 ,比重 4.35(19 ) mp 212 ,對 100g 水的溶解度為 222g(20 ) ﹔無論固體或液體都對 光穩定,有蛋白質凝固作用,會侵害皮膚或組織。 (2) potassium thiocyanate KSCN ,硫代氰酸鉀,無色單斜系晶體,分子量 97.18 ,比重 1.886 mp 172.3 ,對 100g 水的溶解度為 217g(20 ) ,可溶於丙酮、乙醇。水溶液為酸 性時會產生 S 而分解。和 Fe 3+ 會產生紅色的溶液,普通用來檢測 Fe 3+ 之用 途。可用作染料、醫藥品、染色劑以及分析試劑等。
