Manufacturer: Every 30 days with dockets/certification to describe
which project has been done.
Builder: Required mechanic maintenance period and efficiency of
repairmen.
Like, how often can they offer maintenance and how soon can
they accommodate the needs for repair.
Also, we need a timeframe for
whole details, such as building, ventilation systems, drain systems,
equipment.
