He analysis where they need more staff and also arrange training sessions for new and existing staff. Fast Track couriers going to expand their business in new areas .for this they buy new trucks but their drivers are not happy with new working conditions and they said to not work and going to strike .Human resources’ manager have to hire new staff. The time frame for this is 2 years.Humen resource manager have links with agencies and recruitments companies that why he can arrange staff when business facing shortage of staff. Finance Manger:- Fast Track company finance manager have to arrange loan from bank to expand business to regional areas of NSW. He has set the budget to expand business. The time frame is 3 years.Finanace managers have all the details of company finance. He has the link with different banks they can provide loan easily. He is only working with business finance and budgetary systems. Sales Manager:- Fast Track Sales Manager worked with the business sales. His main motive is to increase sales by 40%within next three years. Also increase profit by $3.2 million with in next three years. He can work well in the business plan because he has good knowledge about each client and he knows which client can help them to increase sales and make more profit. 11
